Jeff was efficient and polite from our first contact. Got right down to business and had me out of there in short order to return home and await results. He kept me apprised of the progress through texts and then called me with the result.
The result was my car needs a part that will take a couple days to be shipped. I picked up my car and will Jeff will call me to arrange a return visit to install the part. Bottom line is I feel I am in good hands and am happy with the overall service experience.
