Kenya was very helpful & had me back in my car with no problems.

I have no issue with Mr. Gonzalez. He was great. However, I waited for 15 minutes before a tech came to my car. That is because my car got a higher number placard on it than a car which came in after me.

Oscar was fantastic! He went above and beyond what I expected in terms of customer service. I was driving through on my way back to Sacramento and had issues with my alternator, battery, and spool valve. He worked me into the existing service schedule and, although some parts needed to be ordered, he was able to get my car’s needed service completed the next day. He communicated every step of the way and answered all of my questions. The mechanic, although I don’t know his name, was also amazing. He walked me through what was going on and showed me the engine parts that were causing the problem. He let me test drive the car with him once all the work was done. I cannot sufficiently convey the degree to which I was impressed by your service team. They were/are absolutely amazing. I have shared my very positive experience with many co-workers (at SchoolsFirst Credit Union across the freeway from you). One had a previous bad experience at your service department and hadn’t gone back since. She said that based on my experience, she will give you guys another chance. Good service is obviously a hallmark of your entire dealership, because even while I was waiting on a shaded bench over in the new car sales area, one of your salesmen stopped to chat and offered me some water while I waited. My overall experience with Freeway Honda will never be forgotten. You are all amazing.

I never leave reviews but I was really impressed with her spectacular customer service. She def deserves a pay raise!! I will return again because of how awesome she made my experience.

They stand behind their warranty. They help me with my vehicle all the way. Fix my ruining light, they inspected the vehicle and told me what it needed be done next time I bring it in.
