Came in to check malfunction indicator light lamp. Manual said to tighten gas cap. I did that before coming in.
Told I’d need a new $2200 part ($2600) on 2012 Honda Hybrid Civic and car was only safe to drive a couple days before the part came in.
The light went off later in the day. Felt like I was getting a huge charge for unneeded service. Regular customer. Purchased car and get regular service here.

While overall Erick and team was fine. The diagnosis of the infotainment was extremely poor. I communicated in great details of the problem and also the steps I have taken. However, instead. The team stated that its Apple Carplays fault. The vehicle is under a 3yr/36k warranty. This is the units problem when if we plug my families phone into another Honda vehicle. We would have zero issues. The problem occurs 15mins after my pick-up. And I will have to return this coming week. Pretty frustrated.
