I told them that my car was making a issue when I brought it in for the numerous recalls it had on it and they said it was a baseball bat but within minutes of me and my husband leaving the dealership with my vehicle today I heard the noise with the bat in my hand I tried to tell them the sound wasn’t the bat and I proved it wasn’t the bat I feel like they just didn’t care at all

I am satisfied with my vehicle. Kenya was polite and helpful with any concerns about my vehicle. She had answers to all the questions I had regarding maintenance.
Just a couple of things I noticed after leaving. First, the oil life on my vehicle was not reset after being brought in for Premium recommended service, and second, the top left side of my rear bumper shows a gap between the left tail light.
