Matthew is the most horrible service man that I had in the past 30 years with Honda dealer. He didn’t even bother to go through the test report with me and let me know if anything i should pay attention to my car. He doesn’t even bother to explain to me what type service I need when I first meet with him. His service experience completely tarnish the good image that I had with Honda dealer.
