I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 11:15am and waited two and a half hours for an oil change. When I asked and checked on my car to see if it was ready they hadn’t even started to work on it yet. So I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to do it. I was very disappointed.

The car smelled really bad like wet rags. They gave me the car with almost no gas and no explanation as to why nor was anyone willing to provide a resolution. By the time I left the parking lot the gauge said zero miles for the range. I was told I’d get a CRV loaner car but instead got a dirty HRV. Brand new Pilot Trailsport with less than 4000 miles on it and it spends 10 days in the shop while I’m paying good money. This is complete BS. Piss poor customer service. I will be filing formal complaints.
