From my initial appointment to my check in everything was handled so very professionally. I needed a New fuel pump in my My Honda CRV. When I called, they had just received four of them and I found out later that one of them Had been put aside for me and it was a good thing because other CRV’s came in before my 11 o’clock appointment. Once my car was return to me. I ask for my advisor to explain what they found on my battery but he was out to lunch and no other advisor could help I was just sent to the cashier. Then I ask for the courtesy car wash that was promise when I bought the vehicle and he pretty much blew me off and said no I had to go to the other departments. I'm asking for another advisor next time I go.
