I got to my appointment 30 minutes early and still ended up waiting 4 hours! The oils change was done within the first hour and the last thing they did was check my alarm which took like 10 min, why there was a 3 hour gap is beyond me. Also there was an older fancy blonde Latina woman who I assume works there see me alone peacefully reading a book and proceeds to come in and turn the tv on?! She sat for all of two minutes then left the room and left the tv on! So incredibly rude! Read the room lady!

I’ve been here a few times and the service has usually been great. That’s why I keep coming back.
But this last visit was disappointing. I asked for the missing windshield washer reservoir clip to be replaced and for the splash shield to be secured. I was told it would be handled, but the clip definitely wasn’t replaced (I checked), and I never got an update about the splash shield.
Also, during a previous visit I was told my throttle body needed cleaning, but this time no one followed up on it, which makes me question if it was even checked.
On top of that, I was supposed to get a complimentary ride home, but the person who checked me in never added me to the list, so I ended up waiting around for nothing.
I’m sharing this because I know your team is capable of great service, but this time things felt overlooked. I hope it was just an off day, because I’d like to keep coming here but I also want to feel confident that I’m being heard and taken care of.
