Oscar understood the issues I’ve experienced with my odyssey. He is knowledgeable with the issues and update me promptly with the vehicle status. I’ll definitely go back to Freeway Honda and make my appointment with Oscar.

Hector and the tech did a great job…the shuttle service is a problem. I’ve only used freeway honda 2 times - both times the shuttle service failed to pick me up. Though I called multiple times to make sure it wouldn’t happen again today, it did. There seems to be no one who really knows what’s happening in order to communicate with customers in a timely manner why there’s a problem and how and when it will be fixed. I’m not a fan of being the one who has to keep calling for info and finally being told so late that most of the staff has gone home, that there’s no one to talk with me about the service and I'm going to have to use uber.
Fortunately today family members came by unexpectedly and they drove me over to get my car. Hector did stay and wait for me to get there so we could discuss what was done today.
