Service took almost 3hrs. They told me my car was going to be ready around 4:20. I did not get my car until after 5:05pm. At 4:50pm I texted for an update on my car and received no update. Then when I went to pay, the agent said that he tried calling me earlier. There were NO missed calls/spam calls, so he did not call me

Trinity is an excellent customer service provider.
When I told her that my battery was dead, as I dropped the car off, she did not bat an eyelash. She assured me that it would be taken care of. I asked her to call me regarding pending service options.
She did call me in a timely manner, and proceeded to inform me of other issues, described and priced them also.
Driving home after picking my car up, I immediately noticed a more durable ride, and the brakes responded immediately upon applying. You are very fortunate to have a young lady of Trinity's stature servicing your senior customers. I hate being treated 'old'. That means she looked my in the eyes when she spoke to me. I love that.
I don't drive often, or require service often. I will certainly return to Norm Reeves Honda (and Trinity!) for any future service. Thank you very much.
