Juan was amiable and helpful with my questions. He also helped me find a discount so I didn’t have to go looking through the coupons in my car. As far as improvements, I would have appreciated Juan taking me page by page of the work done to my car and why. It would have saved me the trip back to understand why I paid for a wheel alignment, but my back wheels weren’t done. Otherwise super helpful and nice!

I was qouted 59 95 over the phone and it turned out to be 80 something. I had an appointment and they didn’t come out until 15 minutes later. I asked one of the guys why it was taking long. He didn’t even bother in checking for me. He sssumed it was busy so I said but there’s no cars. He said everyone had to wait. He was just walking around doing nothing didn’t even bother in helping me in any way shape or form.

Brandon was excellent in customer service. He was very courteous and stayed on top of my insurance claim. He updated me of the vehicles damage estimate.
The only qualms I have was the vehicle clock was not setup correctly. It might just be a small issue but it shows that the service staff was not paying attention to detail.
