I tried paying online through the portal, it did not state that it went through, so I tried it again. It then stated that the payment was duplicated. When I got to the dealer, my payment did not show through so I had to pay yet again when I got there. Now I paid and also have another pending charge for the same payment I have already paid for. So I am extremely frustrated to have to pay twice for the same service.

In my past 2 visits my car has come back dirtier than before it went in for service. Today, my car came in having just been washed and detailed (by me) yesterday, and the guys obviously sprayed the window using the wiper fluid and ran the wipers, so when it came out there were water spots and streaks on my previously clean windshield. Last time (fuel pump replacement), the guys got greasy fingerprints on my cream cloth back seat. I had to make time to bring the car back and get that cleaned up, which ended up messing up the cloth itself - the only interior damage to this car to date...ironically caused by the dealership from which I bought the car new. I'm disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. If you're going to dirty my car, then clean it better than it came in, don't send it back out dirtier than it was before.

I loved how we waited in our cars until it was our turn. I was live streaming my daughter's softball tournament from Arizona. When it was finally my turn for paperwork, Brandon could tell I was invested on the video on ny phone, but wasnt rude about me being obnoxiously distracted. He took care of everything so quickly & I got to see my daughter hit a ball over the fence & everyone cheered with me!
He gave me an estimated time the car would be done & was super accurate.
Thank you for letting my recall services be done in such a way that it wasn't obtrusive to my daily life. I had been dreading taking the car in and losing half a day at the dealer, but it was not at all
