Valentin went above and beyond the call of duty, in my mind. Specifically, he returned calls promptly, kept me informed about the progress of my car’s repair job, and even brought down the Norm Reeves car rental rate to match with what my insurance policy allows! (Hope I’m not overstepping my bounds by my mentioning that last point - but it really impressed me and my opinion of his work effort and of the dealership). Overall, a good experience and my car is back to normal!
I would definitely recommend Valentin to a friend and/or family member! His 15 years of service at Norm Reeves definitely shows in his customer service!
