I understand today was a busy day at the service department (3/30/2021) , BUT this is the second time that we take out Honda Civic to be serviced and we drive off with the bottom of the car not screwed back on correctly . It’s frustrating and nerve wrecking to know that this is the second time that this occurs , as I feel it is an unsafe thing as it could have flew off at any moment while driving away.
