The biggest issue was that my vehicle was not ready at the time promised. Although it may have been ready, but I was not called until after I walked around and asked if it was ready after seeing that it looked like it was done. Also, I was assigned a different service representative, Anthony, even though I chose Brandon when I made my appointment. Anthony didn’t explain my different options for service as well as Brandon did before. I felt like I was pushed to get a service package instead of getting only what I really needed which was an oil change and tire rotation. And although Anthony was nice, he was at lunch when my vehicle was ready and the gentleman who assisted me didn’t go over the multi-point inspection or ask if I had any questions about my service. Overall, it was not the Helpful Honda service I have come to know as a 6-year owner who has taken my car to be serviced at Honda for all my needs.

Christopher never called or text us back, even after the promised time. We were told it would take 2 hours max, which was fine, but we would’ve appreciated a call or text when our vehicle was ready. When we got back (30 minutes past the promised time of 2 hours), he ended up passing us to another man to finish up the service.
