My car showed up not very clean, tire pressure low, and inspection and a computer software was not complete. I was super happy with the signing process yet taking my car to service department was a 3 hour ordeal! I asked for the bumper protector prior to coming and was told service department will be told. Nobody knew anything and now I have to go BACK to get the bumper aplique put on. So my quick and easy signing service turned into a 3 hour event in the service department
