Took my vehicle in for a wheel stud replacement, something ive done myself in under an hour, and was told it would be finished by 6pm. I took my vehicle in at 2pm. The vehicle wasn't completed by 6pm and had to be kept overnight. I was then told it would be finished by 11:30am that following day. Needless to say I was upset over the fact that certified mechanics were having trouble with such a simple job. I didn't even get a car freshener for my troubles.

I told Paul that I didn't have my phone. He tried texting and calling me twice. You would have thought he would look in the lounge area. Instead of having my car at 9:15 it was 10:45 when I was finally able to track him down. Not pleased.
