When my car was returned to me the hood was not completely closed. Further there were paper napkins on the driver’s floorboard that had not been there.
The service rep did not have the correct price the previous service rep had told me.
I have had my car serviced at your dealership for almost three years. I have always been extremely satisfied. I travel a little farther to your location because I think your dealership is superior. This was the first time I was disappointed with the service.
