My car didn’t want to start so I took it in as a walk in , I wrote on the paper that I was handed to write down the reason I was there , I wrote down about not starting and the clicking sound I also wrote down that when I went to take my battery to get checked as I was putting it back In one of the long hooks to the bracket fill I asked if they can help get it since I didn’t have anything to secure my battery, I got my car back, I was happy that it got fixed I just didn’t like that I was able to leave with out the help of the Secure of the battery, when I asked if they found the hook for the battery to secure it, my helper didn’t know she then asked The technician he didn’t know about it , I did write it down , I did tell the first guy that I talked to when I drove up that handed me the paper and the girl that called me , I felt like no one communicate with each other and I didn’t like how they let me leave like that poor customer service

I think they “dropped the ball” with me at my last service appointment. They let me sit there from my check-in time and never came to give me an update. It wasn’t until 12:00pm when I finally got up from the waiting area and went to ask if I can get an update on my car and to realize that nothing was done to it. I bought my car there and I try to always take it there for service and I had never experienced this before.
