Honestly we were pretty frustrated with Norm Reeves Honda at first. My wife contacted you about a month ago to get a quote sent to our insurance company to replace our window. After multiple calls and emails no one had delivered an invoice or estimate on what the cost would be. Finally Juan got involved and everything went super smooth. Juan was great and deserves a raise.
