On 12/27/21 I was told to come in to the dealership at 1:00pm to put mud flaps and door protectors on my new vehicle. It was 2:15pm when I went up to Trinity to find out how much longer for my vehicle. She informed me that the mud flaps were out on, but that the technician will be in at 4:00pm to out in the door protectors. I was never informed of the lapse between the time and I was waiting there for a long time, which was wasted time and an inconvenience. Trinity was not helpful, she was rude and not sympathetic to my situation. There needs to be better communication with your employees and the public. Very dissatisfied with the service.

The primary reason for me to visit the dealership today was because I had a recall on my Pilot. Jackie called me on December 6, 2021 To inform me there was a recall on the hood latch. I scheduled to come in and also asked if I could have my oil change and car serviced on the same day. She said it was OK. I showed up today for my appointment on time and was told that the service would take approximately 3 1/2 hours. I waited patiently and when I went to pay for the services I was told by Joseph that the hood latch was not in stock, and I would have to bring the car back when the part came in. This did not make any sense to me at all. on my way home, Joseph called me to let me know the part was indeed there at the dealership. In fact he said he was holding it in his hand as we were speaking. he asked me to return, and I said it was impossible because I had other things to do that day. I asked if there would be some compensation for this error, and Joseph told me he would comp my next oil change. I hope someone wrote that in my file. I am going to hold him to his offer. I am a schoolteacher on vacation, and I would much rather be doing something else than sitting in a car dealership waiting (again) for my car to be worked on.

I came for Oil Change but end up in changing the Transmission fluid for $139 without tax and while delivering the car - Service Consultant( Brandon Hanson) said Transmission fluid cap missing but still filled the fluid. I came home and checked my previous history of receipt where Transmission fluid change price is around $50.35(Parts + Labor + oil) I really don't know why you charged me $89.60 extra, I really feels that I got cheated, He literally lied on to my face by placing $139 upfront during the initial estimate itself. Brandon said that -Fluid cap ordered and asked me to call back in 2 days to ensure they have the cap to place it, but I'm wondering do you really care about the fluid/oil spill without the cap and are you going to refill the fluid again before placing the cap?
