This is the first time in my life I have purchased a Honda, I have always been completely satisfied with owning Toyota model cars but my son after researching found that many people reported the civic to be a reliable car. This was my first service for the car and it was just for an oil change and filter. I brought my car in to the dealership at 10 and did not leave the dealership until after 1:00 for an oil change. I have never had an oil change take over 3 hours which far exceeded the promised return time. I waited at the dealership for almost my entire day! Highly dissatisfied…..

Trinity was great to talk to and I was very satisfy with the dealership due to her great customer service. Unable to verify at the time if the dealership had the part necessary to complete the airbag procedure, she called later on that day to mention that Honda in West Covina would be able to complete the service. She also sent a text the next day as a reminder for the appointment. And the procedure took only an hour. Great job dealing with Trinity.
