Brandon went above and beyond with his service! I had an emergency as my mom had to evacuate (due to the Fairview fire) shortly after I brought my mom’s van for B service. I asked if the van’s service could be to expedited so I can pick up my mom. Instead he gave me a rental car for free due to my circumstances! My mom and her pet were evacuated in time and are now safe and sound with me! Thanks for embodying the Helpful Honda Helpers motto.
