When I came to your store I was just looking for a pilot your sales person I told her that I want to lower my payment she assured me that she could help me I ended up with a 2019 CRV when I got into the finance portion I ended up having to pay additional $12,000 to get a lower payment if I had just used at $12,000 in my trade him for the pilot I could’ve had a brand new car and been happy I feel like your sales person took advantage of my grieving process I have not been happy with the car I have your dad take it in several times several different things so no I’m not happy
