Juan was so helpful and calmed my nerves about my car. It was a major service and I didn’t not know what was happening. He took the time to help me when he found and explain and breakdown what was happening. He also gave me some recommendations and explained what the services would do. He was so patient even though he probably has these issues happening with clients all the time. He honestly deserves some recognition.
