He is friendly and treats you as if you are a member of his family. I asked for my car to be ready by 10:00 a.m., and he delivered. He handled the entire transaction seemless, from check-in to check-out. To save time, he even sent a link to the payment method. Overall, as long as he is my advisor, you have a lifelong customer.

Trinity is amazing, very kind.
I think I’m more disappointed in the pricing. After having left the dealer I asked friends how much air filter and engine filters cost to replace and I was just utterly disappointed in the fact that my lack of auto knowledge was taken advantage of. Simple filters that are one quarter of that price and I got ripped off paying $131. This makes me really rethink continuing getting my service done at this dealer.
