He was very helpful. He needs to be promoted. There is no way that he is just an average worker. I felt like I was being helped by a supervisor.

After 3rd time found the starter issuue and fixed it as normal. Great! Please ensure all good to go when do in maintenance, not after 2nd time cannot find out problem until AAA technician was told for starters issue not battery.
