Came in due A14 service light. Picked up my car next morning, notice light still remain on after whole morning of errand, came back to check, now mechanic tells me oil change is a must bcuz 100000 miles mark when the other rep told me they've checked the stick and it was OK to skip oil change. Fine, drop off my car, again, for oil change, then I get a car telling me problem with my suspensions and needs another $1000, plus only have parts for a portion of the fix, need to wait to order other parts. I work at LAX, I don't have time to keep coming back and forth. And why was suspension problem not noticed when I first dropped off my car for the initial A14 check?

I thought a 24 point inspection included topping off fluids. My wiper fluid container is empty and wiper fluid was not added. I didn’t expect it to be filled but a small amount would have helped until I get to the store to buy some. Unfortunately, it does makes me wonder if my car actually received a 24 point inspection.
