Frustrating service even to the customer who purchases luxury cars at your store. Your store does has very poor quality check protocols like delivering handing over the new car with damages on weather proof molding, missing Allan key, missing original lug nuts, unclean interior with traces of dusty foot prints on 3rd row carpet/mat, non-technical walk through of the car technology design which let me to drive the car without knowing to enable the blind spot assistance or lane departure warning with sound or automatic breaking system or forward collision distance adjustment. If you expect the customer to know all the features of the manufacturer with its operation I am really not sure about your role here other than haggling for hours and collecting money. And top most is following up on the issues by your store member really **** as I have to “n” number if times for each and every issues and none for my calls be answered by your rep. Instead I have to call customer care and get rarely connected to the rep or his manager. And yet one more important thing is when my car was delivered the extended warranty had 72 months in it but when i made payment to Finance team Mohammad Haider he mentioned the contract in email is for 84 months. How lethargically this sensitive information has been handled and passed over to the customer. To be honest this is very frustrating expensive purchase I ever had in my life. Good luck in screwing up with other customers peace as well guys. Keep up the good work.
