The service advisor I had wasn’t great. She’s rude and she try’s to make you buy more than what you should. I tried to talk to her about how can my car battery be at 50% when it was just replaced last year. But she kept talking about the warranty and how it’s no longer in affect. Which I tired to tell her I know about the warranty but how can it be that I just replaced the battery and it’s at 50%. But all she kept doing is telling me that the battery is out of warranty. She doesn’t listen. Normally when I do a tire rotation my breaks get checked as well but this time it wasn’t checked she should have added that to be checked but she didn’t. She didn’t even want to appt the coupon until I had to show her the one you have on the website.
