The Service Advisor called to notify me that my car was ready but did not go over the inspection findings so I assumed everything was ok. The SA called me again at 5:09 pm and I let her know that I was approximately 10 mins away. She was not there when I arrived at 5:24 pm and a different Advisor helped locate my keys and paperwork, which was at the Sales desk. The SA made no mention that she would be leaving before 5:30 and nor did she mention where I could get my keys and paperwork. I would like a different Advisor to call me to go over the inspection findings as based on the paperwork I was provided there are some issues that need immediate attention. I have had my car serviced here for many years and this is the first time I have received such poor customer service.
