Anthony Sanchez has wonderful customer service skills. Although I wasn’t happy that I had to come back because my oil change light was not reset (I brought my car in on 11/11) he did whatever he could to make me feel comfortable that the oils change was done and the light would be test. To be sure, he asked for it to be done again and also had them check my tires. He has helped me before and I appreciate his service. I give him the highest marks.

You diagnosed my car and informed me that it was going to cost $2400 to fix. I paid the bill but my car is still not fixed. When I bought the car back to you you said it could be an additional five to seven thousand for you to replace random parts with no guarantee of a solution. Since 2006 my family has purchased Five new vehicles from Norm Reeves west Covina. We will not be returning.
