My concern the work treat was done to my car they turned the sway bars half a tour . Is that gonna affect my alignment on my tires? Gonna be worry tires . I didn’t appreciate of them. Scratching the bottom of my bumper that’s unprofessional.

Overall I was happy with my salesman and John Salama manager really good honest person the only person that had bad customer service Fran in finance he is Indian slim dark skin always smiling he is not loyal di his employees talks bad about the sales person u shouldn’t have people working at yr facility when u disrespect your own employees I told him in his face and u can call me to get more information ****-****-xxxx be even said that the car that I purchased was the number one car that they steal

My car when in for oil change and came out with a horrible noise and I spoke to the Mgr but he blames it on my car I had no problem before oil change I will not return but I will take my car for evaluation else where and I hope your dealer is not at fault cause I will come back and I wount be nice

My car was left with a bad noise I must bring in to be checked this is a couple of times this has happened when I do oil change something needs to be checked with this technicians not happy and Iam concidering going else where for services in the future if this is not corrected my car is in great shape and their is no reason for tjis noise.

Not a survey kind of guy. Just know that I'm the type of person who if I need something done, I'll do my research and find the best service for whatever it is I need. Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina had more than enough good reviews so it wasn't much of a debate to go. Joshua Martinez is absolutely the best associate there. Very courteous and to the point.
