I wanted to let you know that I very much wanted to say that your Parts manager Carlos and his associate Rebecca were instrumental in my getting the rear fender cover. I previously waited 4 weeks and on two occasions was only told by the service department person it is on back order. On my second call, when I asked further I was referred to the Parts Dept. After speaking to Carlos, he referred the matter to Rebecca who was able to get the part within two days. Thank you to those two especially. I visited with them when I picked up the car after the fender cover was installed and thanked fior being a Helpful Honda Person.
