Joshua was the best honda employee i have ever been helped by. he had amazing customer service, he was quick, he was efficient. i didn’t even tells my windshield wipers needed to be replaced but he did. he offered me the service and as soon as i said yes, it was done. i appreciate him so much, everyone should take some tips from Joshua Martinez

5 stars! Samuel was very helpful and knowledgeable about helping me out with my electrical issue for my Honda pilot2020! He was very assuring that it was just a minor battery life related issue that needs to be replaced typically every 2-3 years on newer Honda models. Crossing my fingers that the problem has been resolved. Service was quick too, about 2 hours or so since I was a walk-in and it looked pretty busy. Thank Westco norm reeves Honda!

I waited almost 3 hrs. To get oil changed. I had a 11:20 appointment, I was never approached by service consultant, I had to reach out after forty minutes. My car did not reach the service bay until 1: 40 pm. I wasted 3 hours for an oil change. Totally unacceptable. I left totally frustrated and irritated. Horrible Service !!
