When I can get an oil change locally at a lesser price is I totally depend on your multi-point vehicle inspection. However, I see that the most important issue is to know the condition of my brakes. Even though I paid to get brake oil changed, you technition failed to inspect the condition of my brakes. Also,one only thing what my wife knows in the car is whether the brakes are okay in the car that she drives on a daily basis. Unfortunately, since since your dealership did leave that section in the report I am not sure why you even you print on your report.
I like to speak to your Managing Director to why he is allowing the service department to produce a half cooked report.

The mechanic that worked on my car did NOT top the fluids so it had to be taken back. I had to return to the shop because the mechanic did not reset the sensor light so it kept saying low tire pressure. Wasted another day off my work to take it back to the dealership. Two items that should have been taken care off the first day.
