We specifically requested to have Javier as our Service Advisor after he helped us last time. I live 5 minutes away from a Honda dealership in Fontana but will gladly drive 40 minutes to Covina because the service here is excellent. Javier is knowledgeable, professional and honest. I set up an appointment and my vehicle was completed quickly. I am completely satisfied with the service department here and will continue to come here for all of my vehicles repairs and maintenance.

Costco rep John was not to Par with good customer service on the negotiation part. He got upset when I knew what I was talking about and not allowing him to control the negotiation. He literally said he didn’t want to wast his time w us! I was ready to walk away until he called his supervisor and he closed the deal for us w satisfying numbers! Now, Rico the new employee you have, was on training and he exceeded and saved my expectation on your location. He went above and beyond with his good CS and sweet manner! Loved him. Overall I give your superstore a 7 out of 10, seles supervisor and Rico saved the day!

I reported 12 issues till date with video recording for few of the issues, however none were fixed yet, the only thing I hear from the service manager is the technician couldn’t replicate the issue I reported. The next thing I have been asked to do is followup with Honda. My only question is, why do you expect the customer to reach Honda as the dealers sells the car to customers and is responsible to fix the issues. Moreover though the MSRP is set by Manufacturer, dealers add Markup value to each sale at each dealer’s discretion. If this feedback really taken into serious matter I would expect the Norm Reeves Honda West Covina store manager to sincerely look into my reported issues and sort them out yo his/her best ability instead of asking me to deal with manufacturer for a brand new luxury car.

Service Writer Trinity and the Assistants were very knowledgeable, friendly and kind, but after I got my 2018 Civic Touring back from the A/C checkup and Freon exchange( covered under the repair warranty) I noticed one of the 4 BOLTS missing from the engine air-filter, that I also wanted replaced… and they didn’t have a replacement bolt available at the time of pickup????????
