Cristian is direct and polite in his dealing with me , communicated well regarding additional services that were found after I left the service station with clear explanation re the importance of the service . He made sure, I was okey with the cost of the service . Also, extra gratitude to your new guy Joshua who took me home - he did not accept My token of gray fir taking me home - telling me Honda has already paid him . Nice
