My service from Samuel Tung was excellent. He went above and beyond to find the answers to my questions and kept me up to date with maintenance as it was being done. My issue was that the technicians told him that I still had an issue with the brake switch because they tested it and it was bad. I tested it myself at home and it was still good. I resolved the issue myself at home. Now the truck works properly. I was also interested in buying a new car while waiting for the maintenance to be done but the salesman didn't seem to want to be interrupted from whatever he was doing on his phone. Didn't even make an attempt to show me around.
