I have a warranty for my battery and instead of him doing some research he automatically asked me to pay for a new battery and didn’t assist in locating my warranty. I had to call the other Honda location and do all the work for him assist me in replacing my battery that had a warranty with Honda nationwide and told me he couldn’t replace it and to go back to the place I purchased it at for a replacement. He was only interested in a sale not in assistance me with something I had already purchased. Horrible experience I will never return to this dealership for any kind of business

Nothing against Anthony, the service tech who checked me in. My cars service was done almost an hour before I was able to leave. But Anthony was involved with another customer and was unable to check me out. At the 2 hour 45 minute mark I had to go to the service manager to get my car.
