I went there for oil change. The employee told me about 1-1:30 to complete service. But it took me almost 2 hours. Maybe because of the lunchtime or other reason. Until I asking about car. One of employee told me services completed and ask me to wait outside. I waited for another 20 minutes, still no anyone bring car to me. I have to ask again. And then finally I got my car.it took me more than 2.5hours to do oil change. It made me feel awful this time.
