She does not have adequate training as to billing and to generate final invoice. She’s has to call for other Service Rep to help her on what to do. She is customer oriented and courteous. It is Norm Reeves failure to provide adequate and definitive training on all aspects of her job that render her ineffective to deliver an impressive performance with Customer. It is NOT her fault for her weakness. It is Norm Reeves poor and inadequate training of new Employee.
