No, I am not happy with the Transmission fluid service is done today because the service tech got all the transmission fluid on the outside of the windshield panel and wet transmission fluid all over the inside of my engine and into my car battery area. The service manager never check to see if the work is sloppy or professional done. I found out when I got home and saw that oil is dripping oil on my drive way. I am so disappointed and so unhappy that there is nobody to check. Why do I pay for a professional job when it is so sloppy? It is a simple step to check and all you have to do is look. I hope you can fix up this sloppy place and make it 100% professional service department. I want to add the Carlos is nice to interact with and professional to me. They took too long.I had an appointment at 7:40 am and didn’t leave the premises till 10:20 am which caused me to be late to work and lose out on incentive money due to you guys takin 2 hrs and 20 mins on an oil change and tire rotation. By far worse experience
