The service I received from the service advisor Trinity was great. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received from her, however, I wasn’t very happy when I went to pick up my car. I previously had marked the rear tires with chalk so I know the tires got rotated or not. Trinity told me the tires were balanced and rotated after looking in the system and as shown on the invoice after completion. I was only told afterward after I pointed out they didn’t get rotated. The technician then told Trinity over the phone the front tires were better shape than the rear so the technician didn’t rotate them, but why stated on the work order the tires were rotated in the first place when they were not rotated. I will just come for the oil change or wheel alignment in the future.
