I was asked to come in and do a service. They told me the process was going to take the whole day, so we waited the whole day but then they did not tell us that the part needed was not available. SO WE WAITED THE WHOLE DAY FOR NOTHING AND HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT!
