Carlos was very nice, however, the main reason I made an appointment and brought the car in was because the driver side door weather strip was coming off and not long after I had been there, the problem occurred again. I would most certainly expect that a brand new 2024 Honda CRV hybrid sport would not have this issue and that there would have been a viable solution to this problem. This is our very first Honda purchase and needless to say this is disappointing!

I went to Diamond Honda and the customer service was no where near as good as it was here. Ramblin Diego was the best advisor I could ask for! He was informative and super helpful. Keep him on payroll cause I’d come back just for him. I’m grateful that Norms Reeves Honda have such an amazing team and crew to help me with my new clutch.
