I felt rushed out and not taken care of. My appointment was at 340 and I asked if the technician can look at my center console because it was lose and has been worked on twice before. I was told only the express technicians were working because the others were off at 4. I wasn’t given an option it suggestion to come in another day, just told no we can’t look at it and that’s it. I had to inquire about the recall on my car, instead of being informed about it at check it. Just felt like an inconvenience and rushed.
