The representative Javier **** did the best he could. I am EXTREMELY unhappy about not being told that my free oil changes expired after 24k or 2 years. I was just over 24k & was basically told oh well nothing they can do beings its a corporation thing. I came from AZ to have this done..had I had known there was stipulations then I would ha e just had the oil change done in AZ for cheaper. It's just upsetting I was not told about the stipulations when I purchased the car!!
