Trinity was super helpful and knowledgeable. She informed me of everything I needed but I wasn’t able to afford every service. So she let me know which services had more priority over others to help me pick and choose what I could purchase at the time.
The technician that worked on my car was also very informative. The videos he recorded explaining what he did and what I need were above and beyond. Thank you so much Honda! Best customer service.

I'm sure the oil and filter were changed correctly. I made a 12:00 appointment,arrived at 11:45 only to sit in my car close to an hour in your service staging area before I was helped.... service wasn't completed until after 2:00. Not sure why you make appointments

I love my server advisor. He is really kind of his way to help me being a single mom. It’s really hard but I appreciate it and I love Honda. The dealership is awesome and the sales person that sold the car. He’s awesome Joshua Joshua, the tall one and I’m praying that his dad gets better, very kind people

Ramblin Diego is the best. I honestly prefer only talking to him because I have come in contact with other service reps and they don’t go beyond what is needed. Ramblin took the time to talk to me about what was done gave me good time frames and checked all the warranties on my car to see if my service was covered. Very nice and professional guy.
