I am very disappointed. Shortly after picking up her vehicle after it had supposedly been repaired, my wife was experiencing a loss of power steering and flashing check engine lights and gear display (D and N) blinking on the dash while driving. She pulled into a parking lot and called Nancy at 4:30pm and left a message with the receptionist with two call back numbers because Nancy was busy with another guest. Nancy didn’t return her call, so my wife called again at 5:45. The receptionist said the service reps all left for the day. My wife was driving in the car with two young children when the car trouble happened. She called me while driving to let me know the car was acting up. She pulled into a parking lot to avoid a dangerous situation and I had to meet her there to switch cars. I drove her car back to the dealer after it had already closed. She didn’t expect the new problem to be fixed right away, but she did expect at least a call back for advice.

Genaro had a bad attitude after the service was completed. The manager was great and handled the situation the way a proffessional would, but Genaro was unprofessional and upset that my services were granted it seemed like. I would not like him as my advisor next visit. I’d rather work with someone that’s happy to be at work than mad and upset for whatever reason.
